The Client Journey
Enquiry
Everything starts with a discovery meeting or call. We always prefer to meet in person because it lets us understand your business on a deeper level, but if that’s not possible, we’ll jump on a call or video meeting instead.
We respond fast. Always within 24 hours, but usually the same day, you’ll get a call from one of the MOSO team. That first call helps us understand what prompted your enquiry, what challenges you’re facing and whether we are the right fit to support you.
Our goal here is simple.
Understand your business. Understand what you’re struggling with. And then book you in for an official discovery meeting where we can go deeper.
Consultation
Our consultations are clear, relaxed and genuinely helpful. Ideally, we sit down with you in person, but if that’s not convenient, we’ll organise a video call. These sessions normally last between 30 minutes and 1 hour, depending on how complex your goals are.
During this meeting, we explore your challenges, what you want to achieve and the direction you’d like to take your marketing. We’ll talk openly about the services we recommend, how they would work specifically for you and the realistic timelines for reaching your goals. No two clients are ever the same, so your plan won’t be either.
Most importantly, you’ll walk away from this consultation feeling enlightened, motivated, excited and confident that you’re in good hands.
Onboarding
Once your proposal is approved, we start onboarding. This is a clean, structured process designed to gather everything we need to launch your business efficiently.
Onboarding typically takes a few days to a couple of weeks, depending on your availability. We'll only ever book your onboarding at a time where you can have our full attention, and as long as you can provide what we need, we’ll be getting started within days.
Our goal is simple: understand your brand, collect your assets, set up your systems, and get you fully connected so we can hit the ground running.
Here’s what onboarding usually includes:
Onboarding Questionnaire
A short form that helps us understand your goals, ideas and expectations. This shapes the strategy we create for you.
Shared Google Drive Folder
Your dedicated space for uploading images, videos and brand assets such as logos, fonts and guidelines. This ensures our content and creative work is accurate from day one.
WhatsApp Group Chat
A direct line to the team. This is where day to day comms, quick ideas, content snippets and updates are shared. No long email threads. No delays. Just fast, real communication.
Brand Visual Overview
Once we receive your questionnaire, we create a visual brand guide that shows exactly how you’ll look across social media. It sets the tone, style and direction for the content we’ll be creating moving forward.
Platform Access Setup
We help you set up access for LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, Instagram and Facebook. Access can be fiddly, so we often jump on a quick Google Meet to walk through it together, making sure everything is connected correctly for posting and reporting.
Social Media Onboarding Pack
Your onboarding PDF includes timelines, content approval processes and how we’ll collaborate moving forward. It keeps everything clear and organised.

We reintroduce the team handling your account so you know exactly who’s doing what. No mystery. No outsourcing. Just the three of us working directly on your business.
Social Media Calendar Setup
Once your brand visuals are approved, we onboard you to our content calendar platform where you can review, approve and give feedback on posts. We also provide a simple tutorial video to get you up to speed.
